Our representative, Allen Cummings, was on time and was friendly. Prior to using Insight, we had a pest problem. The problem has disappeared. Allen made sure all areas of our house were treated, inside and out.
Worst customer I've had to deal with so far I pay you to get rid of pests for the entire house then you forget to come out for the follow. I call you come out and charge me and forget tot treat for the roaches. You then come back out and only treat the kitchen when I paid for the entire house to be taken care of! Then when I call and say they're still here! I get the run around and tell me I have to purchase the treatment again cause my warranty is up by less than a week!
