If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I have a contract with them and called for them to come out a few days ago. They were to come yesterday between 10am-12pm. I called at 9am to reconfirm, just to be certain. I was told that I was already confirmed for that time and they would be coming. At 12:15pm, I called and was told they were running late and they would have to reschedule for another day. Marc came for a service today regarding some mice activity. He arrived promptly and was very thorough in his inspection. He provided new insight that I was not previously aware of and checked every possible inch inside our basement/garage and the outside perimeter. Marc gave suggestions and advice that will be helpful going forward. Marc is also great with my dogs and children and that is an added bonus to which I appreciate very much!
