I have to change my previous review. I’ve had this service for a couple years and then the quality diminished. Reached out to cancel services in August and then someone came out September to retreat. The only good thing I can say about this company is how nice the customer service was, and that's still lacking. Called on multiple occasions to cancel and they never followed through. They went ahead and charged us again after telling us the account would be canceled before that. They do not come out more than once every three months and due to this fact we had an increase in pest activity. Kudos to the salesman, he painted a beautiful picture. No bugs, will come between visits at no charge, and oh my goodness, it'll save you money. Um, not so much. Read your contract. I'm paying triple the cost with more bugs. I've placed a request to cancel with a promise that I'll have a response from the "manager." That was 3 weeks ago... still crickets. I notice that my previous company was better should have never left. Signing a year contract for pest control should be a scam. What every they put down added bugs I’ve never seen before outside Their new product doesn’t work at all.
