I'm disappointed with the services provided and feel they did not do what was outlined and promised by the sales rep. The sales rep said if an application didn’t work or produce results I could call back for an additional application under warranty work, which I did. Instead of warranty work, they applied a full charge to my credit card for the second visit, another $ 210.00. boy. IPS came to my front door, selling pest treatment. $208. Aug. I was told this would get rid of a maple bug issue we had on our home. Sold. Instead, the pests flourished this summer, worst they've ever been. Post 'treatment'. The number of dead wildlife in our yard also went up. Two dead rabbits, two dead squirrels and a dead magpie. I am a tenant living in a basement. My landlady scheduled a follow-up for mice torturing me in the ceiling tiles. Lol Gloria arrived to check baits and evaluate. She was kind, knowledgeable and professional. Very sweet. Everyone we have dealt with have been super nice. Gloria felt like a friend. I hope she gets this. Super experience! 😊
We signed up with a door-to-door salesman. Both my husband and I clearly understood from the sales pitch that we would pay $190 for a year of service. We then signed the contract on his smartphone without reading all the fine print - the salesman had already scrolled down to the bottom of the contract so we couldn’t see it.
