Trey was very thorough and took his time to take care of everything for us. Would definitely recommend!
Corey is very experienced and caring. He was able to help identify my issues with bats and rodents. He was very pleasant and easy to understand. He was able to identify the difference between rodents and bats instantly. He is a treasure to the company and I wish he could come back every time. He helped me to examine my garage for rodents and entry points. He taught me how to prevent any further issues.
Sales person that came to my door is a psychopathic liar. He looked me in the eye and lied ear to ear. If you want proof how screwed up this company is just carefully read your contract. They need you to send them registered snail mail to cancell your contract which of course they can claim they did not receive. They can contact you via text, phone and email but require you to send registered mail..Why. With the arrival of fall, I have started seeing mouse activity. Robert just visited for a follow up service and did a great job of finding the gap in my garage weatherstripping that is allowing mice in! He refilled my bait stations and scheduled another follow up. Thanks for the great service Robert!
This company sounded out of this world, great contract options, good follow up policies (so they said), and promises people would come back out if any problems. All not true, I would not recommend them at all, their products work as good as filling spray bottles with dawn soap and hot water and spraying your yard yourself.... DO NOT SPEND THE MONEY...
