Stay away from this company and don't trust door to door sales. When you try calling them to update your credit card they don't call you back. Then when I contact the sales associate (Mason) he doesn't offer any help and doesn't reply to text messages. I even tried to message them on their website to have someone call me. From June until Nov 20, 2025, I get a call from their accounting department wanting payment. A perfect example of why door-to-door sales can be a hoax. We hired these yahoos to combat a vole problem in our backyard and the contract was to provide 4 treatments to solve the problem WITH A CONFIDENT GUARANTEE. $640! The website states: “If you are not satisfied we will make it right at no additional cost.” HA! They placed 3 boxes in our yard and as a bonus there was some insect treatment to prevent spiders from coming in to the basement. My second service with Insight and they sent Ben (young Filipino man) and his customer service skills were top notch. I would highly recommend calling and asking for Ben to do your service work on your yard. He is a hardworking individual. See you in early October Ben. LESHA is the very best technician Insight Pest Solutions has to offer. She’s top notch in her customer care. She communicates well and made me feel super comfortable and at ease as she eliminated our vole problem. I wish my own daughter would be more like LESHA. Keep up the great work Lesha.
Lesha and insight do an awesome job. We live on an acreage and since the pest control I have found dead bugs and mice around the property. Don’t get a cat for mice, the insight bait boxes work wonders. My shop and house have been protected and I no longer have pest issues.
