The Insight team was very responsive when we complained with the first treatment, where a technician missed 3/4 of the house - we were not home at the time of treatment and suspect this was the issue. We then had a great follow up visit by technician, David Mc (Huntsville location). Our house went from being a cob web covered nightmare to now having a clean porch and railing, windows that aren't scary to look through. Overall we are very pleased with the result so far and hope to continue with the services as needed!
