Last Wednesday we received our quarterly visit with Insight Pest Solutions and I had the chance to speak with Natalia. She explained what she would be looking for and I pointed out to her where bait boxes were situated on my property. She was very pleasant and once she had completed her work, she told me in details what she had done. She did a great job and hope she can come back for subsequent visits! Thanks again.

Don't use these guys. I canceled them for the last year and they kept trying to take payment off my credit cards to the point where I had to cancel my credit card and get a new one. I spoke to management for the last year telling them to stop harassing me, and they would stop for a week, then there would be more emails and people calling from there when my account was closed telling me I owe them money. The sales person who came to my door was very deceptive. I thought I had signed up for one treatment, however in the small print the contract was for one year. Now that my year contract is up they are making it difficult to cancel the contract from rolling over into the next year.
