No one was home when the service technician arrived but my husband got back just before he left. He gave my husband full particulars of what he had done ( this was our first service experience of the one year contract recently signed ). He was professional and straightforward. As I reflect over 2025, I wanted to celebrate all the organizations that made our house a healthy home this year. Insight helped us address an ant and wasp problem through a professional and efficient process. Great education and fantastic results! Looking forward to enjoying our foyer, and backyard in 2026 thanks to them.
I hired Insight Pest Canada based on their promises — including a “100 percent guarantee,” unlimited call-backs, and reliable pest control service. Unfortunately, my experience aligns closely with many of the negative reviews I later read. Like other customers, I was charged on my credit card for work that was never completed. I normally don’t write reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others. My experience with Insight Pest Canada was extremely disappointing and stressful. They charged my credit card for services they never performed, and even though their contract clearly states a “100 percent guarantee,” they refused to give me the refund I was promised. We have had less spiders but we haven’t heard anything about our fall visit We had our fall visit and we haven't had our annual fall visit from mice in the basement. I am quite pleased with the efficacy of whatever they did
