Abhi cama to visit us and thoroughly checked everything. Amazing service and such a kind and considerate person. Checked around the whole outside perimeter to ensure no rodents would come in. Even checked the play house I built for my daughter. I highly recommend this company.
This has been a great company from the start and we have been their clients for years. We initially had a small situation with a few mice getting in the basement and this company were right on it. They come and perform regular inspections; are always on time and provide great advice. Today Abhi came by as scheduled to do a regular check-up at our home and yard and recommended a few minor changes that we had never even thought of in order to prevent rodent access in the winter months. Don’t do it. The sales pitch is good. The reality of $900 a year to get rid of bugs inside and outside of your home is ridiculous. We fell for it and now are stuck in their contract. The team on the phone are very smooth and no solutions are offered if you want to cancel. Someone came to spray my home, no one was there and I was sent a full invoice for a partial service. I told them to stop the yearly auto-renew and I was put on hold for over 5 minutes. Definitely don’t do it.
I called Insight initially because I wanted spider spraying. They came and showed me other issues, specifically rodent activity in my garage and around my deck. I have been using them for 2 years now. Recently Michael D. came for the quarterly check up, and repaired a chewed end of the rubber seal on my garage door, as well as the regular services.
