This company is unprofessional and attempting to defraud customers. I attempted to cancel my account, but the company continued to harass me and send individuals to my residence despite my repeated requests to cease. When I contacted them on the phone, I was met with rudeness and various excuses regarding the cancellation of my account. I strongly advise against doing business with this company. They just charged my card for the service they have not provided
Door to door salesman lied. Customer service gives wrong information. Right after the huge snow storm they are coming to my house for service. It’s a joke.
No one was home when the service technician arrived but my husband got back just before he left. He gave my husband full particulars of what he had done ( this was our first service experience of the one year contract recently signed ). He was professional and straightforward. After billing a day or two later we received a most impressive and detailed report of the services rendered . As I reflect over 2025, I wanted to celebrate all the organizations that made our house a healthy home this year. Insight helped us address an ant and wasp problem through a professional and efficient process. Great education and fantastic results! Looking forward to enjoying our foyer, and backyard in 2026 thanks to them.
