Nice guy came to the door of our new home & was offering deals. He said I could have a “Free 30 day Trial” so I signed a 1 year contract. Had 1 treatment & knew they were not as professional as they’d claimed. I cancelled via email & never heard back & no other service provided…months & months later I find them on my credit report with a collection agency for not paying an “initial discount charge” of $400! I’ve tried forever to reach anyone about this & they never respond. This is the only negative thing in my entire report... read more

This company showed up for the first service called due to still having ants. They never showed back up and now have my account in collections.

Our technician Jake C from Colorado Springs did a great job! He was very professional and courteous. He wore booties in our home and did his job job very diligently.
