Our tech Jordan definitely gets 5 stars! He was in and out in a decent amount of time and didn't even wake up the baby. He treated our home end of May and we saw a huge decrease in bugs. We were killing at least 5 bugs a day and it dropped to only a few times a week. The weather started warming up the past week, so more bugs, and I called Nick for a retreatment. Insight has been amazing to us. The technicians were very thorough and friendly when they've sprayed. I really appreciate their concern for out animals/kids safety. They found problem places to spray that I didn't even know were problems. We used to have a house full of spiders and bugs, now we have none! Five stars.
Terrible company had a gentleman come up to my door trying to sell services promised me all kinds of things and then when it came to signing up told me it was a dollar for my first month they came out put up ant traps that I could’ve bought at the dollar store ,then every time they come back all they do is clean cobwebs from the outside of my house and charge me $85 a month for that . so then I tried to cancel and they tried to charge me the $85 for the first month that I paid a dollar for because I was in contract then they... read more
