Terrible company had a gentleman come up to my door trying to sell services promised me all kinds of things and then when it came to signing up told me it was a dollar for my first month they came out put up ant traps that I could’ve bought at the dollar store ,then every time they come back all they do is clean cobwebs from the outside of my house and charge me $85 a month for that . so then I tried to cancel and they tried to charge me the $85 for the first month that I paid a dollar for because I was in contract then they... read more
Wonderful service and great technicians! They were very friendly and very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain to me about the processes.
Our representative, Allen Cummings, was on time and was friendly. Prior to using Insight, we had a pest problem. The problem has disappeared. Allen made sure all areas of our house were treated, inside and out.
Worst customer I've had to deal with so far I pay you to get rid of pests for the entire house then you forget to come out for the follow. I call you come out and charge me and forget tot treat for the roaches. You then come back out and only treat the kitchen when I paid for the entire house to be taken care of! Then when I call and say they're still here! I get the run around and tell me I have to purchase the treatment again cause my warranty is up by less than a week! My experience (which is still ongoing) with the company has been a disaster. I was dissatisfied with their service and sent them an email to cancel my service. I received a reply confirming cancellation. When I continued to be contacted by the company, I called them to confirm cancellation. That was in July 2016. Fast forward to October... They are always very courteous to me and my treatments have kept the ants from coming back to my kitchen.

It is a scam. In Lenexa, KS they are very much like a company named NOMO Pest Solutions. Similar leaf LOGO, same street address. Google both companies. Same lies as they catch you at your front door! Look Insight Pest Solutions up in BBB!! 120 Complaints.
They came out the very next day, were professional had we walk the house with them and did the work. Special note to the young woman who made the first contact with us. She was clear well trained and a delight to deal with.
