Wonderful service and great technicians! They were very friendly and very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain to me about the processes.
My experience (which is still ongoing) with the company has been a disaster. I was dissatisfied with their service and sent them an email to cancel my service. I received a reply confirming cancellation. When I continued to be contacted by the company, I called them to confirm cancellation. That was in July 2016. Fast forward to October... They are always very courteous to me and my treatments have kept the ants from coming back to my kitchen.

It is a scam. In Lenexa, KS they are very much like a company named NOMO Pest Solutions. Similar leaf LOGO, same street address. Google both companies. Same lies as they catch you at your front door! Look Insight Pest Solutions up in BBB!! 120 Complaints.
They came out the very next day, were professional had we walk the house with them and did the work. Special note to the young woman who made the first contact with us. She was clear well trained and a delight to deal with.
I am so glad I contacted Insight. They were very helpful with regard to what services we would benefit from, and were out within a week. Israel was professional and did a great job getting all the spiderwebs swiped away. He was here on time, and got it all done in a very timely manner.
We just moved to the Kansas City Area and were very happy to have a visit from Saul at the appointed time. He was very friendly and did a great job not only explaining what he would do but followed through with all that he told us he would do. Good Bye Pests!!
