I hired this company to maintain my house pest free. After service they went door to door in my neighborhood soliciting my neighbors. They told my neighbors that i have a rat infestation (which i dont) and gave out my name and address.
Door to door salesman during a pandemic is not ok! Mask or no mask. There are other ways to sell your product that isn’t coming to the door and possible exposing people to COVID right now. Wouldn’t trust or hire a company that thinks this is ok right now.
Mike H was on time for the appointment. He interduced himself. He knew that I was the person to let him into thre house. He gave me his card. He explained what areas he ould be treating He was fast and efficient in his treatment of the house. Job well done Mike H.
They are professional and kind and really proactive in their services. We have an annual contract with them and we really enjoy their services for 2 years. today Aaron came for our maintenance service and as usual he did a great job and took time to ask questions and explain what he did... Joe was a friendly and knowledgeable tech. He was great with explanations of what he placing around the perimeter and why. Excellent customer service, and I like the ‘Veteran’ patch on his uniform sleeve too; looking sharp.
