Brandon is an exceptional employee, who carefully examines the exterior of our house and treats it for pests accordingly.
Update: We recently had to have Insight Pest Management come back because of termites in my son's bedroom. This time Setton from Insight Pest Management came out to do the termite extermination. He was polite, had a friendly attitude, and got the job done efficiently. He explained what kind of termites we had, how they move though the wood, and what he was doing to get rid of them. Nothing but good things to say about Insight. Office staff was responsive and very professional in scheduling my service. Our technician Setton was on time, professional and knowledgeable about the pest issues we were addressing. All in all a very positive experience and will definitely use Insight again for my Camarillo home.
