Chris D came out and did a service on my home today. It was very professional and very courteous. He took care of all the issues that I need it taken care of without any fuss. I really like this company because they have a great product and great employees. Eric Nicholson
Jeremy C came today and sprayed both indoor and outdoors for sugar ants. He “dusted” all cobwebs out of gables and other areas. He was very profession and answered ALL questions I had, and was courteous about answering them.
I dont like people coming to my house to begin with i was nervous.Emma was very polite and respectful and made the process comfortable.She did a thorough job and was informative. Thanks emma

SCAM!!! I would give them a negative 5 stars if I could. The sales people hook you by undercutting your existing service providers price, in addition to telling you all of the "standard" extras their services provides. You'll never get those services! The person who actually came out to do the work was extremely condescending and told us we didn't need half the things the sales people who "don't know what they're talking about" (his quote). I have been using the service for the last couple of years. Mike H has been great to work with and has done a great job for our home. I would highly recommend this company.
Chris Jones came today to do their winter treatment around our house and crawl space inspection. As usual he was thorough, professional and had a great personality as all employees from Insight in the past. Recommend their services to others looking for a contract pest control service.
