I had a paper wasp hive right by my front door! I contacted Insight and they explained the process based on my needs and sent Jacob Smay right away( same day). Jacob Smay was amazing! He was early and communicative. He was very knowledgeable and provided so many insights on pest control. AND… By the time I got home he had already taken care of the hive! I’m so happy with the service I received, I definitely recommend!
We called Insight on Thursday and they had Justin come out on Friday to do our initial treatment and also scheduled Ken to do mosquito service as well. Justin was awesome, very thorough and very helpful. He also took some time to explain what he treated and what to expect for the next couple of weeks for insect and spider activity. This is our first experience with Insight and it went great! There was a bit of a scheduling issue but the customer service took care of quickly and Dallan was able to come out the on same day. He got rid of a hornets nest in the ivy bush and cleaned up and treated the entire exterior of our home. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a company that is easy to work with! Jacob Snay and Parker were very professional, friendly, and thorough. They quickly helped to resolve our pest issue, including the removal of a wasps nest. Afterward, they made sure we were fully informed of the actions they took and any safety tips we needed to be aware of for ourselves and our pets. Greatly appreciate these two.
