We had a great experience with Insight Pest Control in Puyallup. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough. They took the time to explain the treatment process and answered all of our questions patiently. Scheduling was easy, they arrived on time, and the service was efficient. We’ve already noticed a big improvement and feel much more at ease in our home. Highly recommend their services if you’re looking for reliable and professional pest control!
Insight staff Jacob and Aiden were timely, professional, courteous and careful in and around our home. They set Mouse traps in our garage, and Rat traps in our crawl space area as well as treated our outdoor perimeter for wasps/bees. They asked about what type of traps we preferred (stick traps versus snap traps, we asked for both!) and were thoughtful of our young kids and pets when providing their services. I'd highly recommend this service/company!
Justin did a thorough investigation around the house to place the treatment for ants activities. He answered all the questions patiently and with informative knowledge of why and how everything is happening. Note: global warming is really affecting our daily in many subtle ways. Ants are especially active this year as the passing winter is not cold enough.
I live out of state but still service our house, Fred has serviced my house many times before. He always does a fantastic job and communicates as much as possible for us to have our 6 dogs locked up for him to complete the backyard. Called me in a chipper mood, put me in a better mood, win/win. Fred is great!
Parker came out as scheduled and on time. He was knowledgeable about all of our concerns. Answered all of our questions and provided a peace of mind. Insight never disappoints and Parker upheld that standard of excellence!
