I had a paper wasp hive right by my front door! I contacted Insight and they explained the process based on my needs and sent Jacob Smay right away( same day). Jacob Smay was amazing! He was early and communicative. He was very knowledgeable and provided so many insights on pest control. AND… By the time I got home he had already taken care of the hive! I’m so happy with the service I received, I definitely recommend!

I was just informed of a wasp infestation and immediately called Insight Pest Control after a neighbor recommended them. I’m so glad I did. They were able to come out the same day, just a few hours after I called. Justin was kind, attentive, and communicative. He gave me a heads-up call 30 minutes before arriving and took the time to listen to all my concerns about the property. First time using this company and I was very impressed. They were professional, on time, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The service was easy to schedule and both technicians Jacob Snay & Dallan T were friendly and knowledgeable. Looking forward to continuing service with them. Highly recommend!
Leighton did a great job helping us with rodent activity and cleaning up a wasp nest. He was professional, thorough, and very helpful throughout the process. He explained what he was doing clearly and made sure everything was taken care of. I really appreciate his help and would definitely recommend him!
