Called to make an appointment. Front desk was not at all accommodating or flexible with any scheduling or slots, we had to be the one to pin down a day that worked for them. An appointment was made for less than a week later. My husband and I showed up, and there was no appointment in the books. He never even bothered to write it down or enter it anywhere. Rude receptionist. Had been coming here for years but left because instead of getting a professional response, the guy helping me laughed at me instead. Aside from that, selection is horrible and they aren’t organized.
Dr. Truc Dang is the most personable Optometrist I've met with in LA after hopping from place to place for years, and I will absolutely be coming here for all my appointments going forward. They have a very positive and caring attitude, turning what could be the most boring part of your day into an enjoyable experience.
