The service provided by Insight Opticians and the staff who front the shop are excellent. They are all customer focused and patient with customers special needs. Time is taken to clearly explain the health of your eyes and what treatments/prescriptions are required. Good time keeping, pleasant environment with friendly family atmosphere. Excellent treatment and a confident diagnosis. Referral for laser surgery at private hospital with nhs treatment. We have been using this independent optician for years, and feel like valued clients.
Mr Sidhu identified a cataract at my routine check up, referred me, got it sorted very quickly and had me back on track with new spectacles in no time. He and his staff are extremely professional and I couldn’t wish for better eye care. The ability of your optician to transform your life is not to be underestimated.
