Insight Northwest Recovery is truly incredible. The therapists are warm and supportive. The care coordinators match you with a therapist and make scheduling so easy and seamless. The therapists have an incredible relational approach and have helped me feel safe and have made massive progress towards my goals.
I'm not going to rate them low, because i believe that if you need care then you should try to get that from anywhere that's available. however, if you have other options, i would explore those first before coming to northwest insight recovery.

I reached out and shared some very personal details, hoping to get the help that I actually needed. I was told they woukd reachnout to my 17 year old to ask her if she felt safe since i admitted i slapped her. She was never contacted only dhs. Now i know how to deal with dhs thabk goodness however, the fact that it took 20 days for then to finally communicate back to me in Psychological jargon that did not match their actions. Had they called the child perhaps they wouldve been able to assess the situation better and help us... read more
