We have really enjoyed our experience here. The office is super friendly and was very helpful in finding us someone based on our wants and needs. We chatted through what we were looking for and they asked thoughtful questions to then send us some options for a therapist. The booking is very easy and the office is tranquil and inviting. Insightnorthwest counseling is the best counseling and has One of the best psychiatrist I’ve ever had
I sent my minor child here for 4 appointments for an acute concern, which was detailed in the intake quentionairre and an initial parent meeting. For 4 appointments, at $165/ea, we brought our 9 year old to speak with the therapist with exactly zero feedback about any of our concerns, just requests to schedule more appointments. No treatment plan was discussed, no acknowledgement of whether my child was speaking with the therapist at all. No one showed up to my appointment. I received multiple emails and texts confirming my appointment but sometime between Sunday when I got a confirmation of my appointment and Tuesday, they must have cancelled it, without updating me. No one answers phone calls or emails, just automated responses. The whole practice feels very impersonal and I think you would get better care from online sessions from somewhere overseas, for a quarter of the cost.
Nothing but amazing things to say about the entire process and the staff. I had a list of places to check with and on a whim they just happened to be the first I tried and I couldn't believe trusting anyone else with my care. Every step I've felt safe and heard and supported even when it's scary. Cannot recommend Insight Northwest and everything they do enough.
