I made an appointment online for their free consultation to try and become a patient and got an overwhelming amount of reminders just for them to not call me. I have called and emailed to try to figure out what happened, but no response. They also have CAHOOTS listed as an emergency service on their voicemail and that service (at the number they gave) is no longer available. It is clear they have some organizational details to fix.
We couldn't even make an appointment because one of us doesn't have email and evidently there is no possible way to fill out paperwork without email.
We have really enjoyed our experience here. The office is super friendly and was very helpful in finding us someone based on our wants and needs. We chatted through what we were looking for and they asked thoughtful questions to then send us some options for a therapist. The booking is very easy and the office is tranquil and inviting.
