Joy is an amazing, patient and kind. She listens and adjusts based on what I need for the day and always makes me feel comfortable. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else!

Joy is a fantastic massage therapist. She truly cares about each and every person that gets on her table! I am a chiropractor here in Colorado Springs, and I refer many of my patients to Insight Movement. I also see Joy for massage, and so appreciate how thoughtful she is about my specific conditions and needs as a bodyworker. I highly recommend that you see her for your care needs!
