Very kind and helpful people.
First time to new location and it was a perfect visit. The staff is extremely friendly, from front end to the multiple technicians I dealt with. Would recommend this location without hesitation.
The blond wavy hair at the front desk is blunt and rude. She feels so powerful to be seating behind the desk, poor girl. Made me sit and wait for her to check the mail box and after 20 minutes said she didn’t receive the email and was too late and need to reschedule the appointment that I waited for over one month. That’s terrible customer service. I will NEVER come back if she still working there. Already rebooked at MIC.
Staff was very friendly, in and out , fast service and clean facility.
Very impressed with whole operation - was taken for my x-ray and ultrasound immediately after identifying with Alberta Health Card, staff were friendly but efficient. Premises clean and tidy. Highly recommend.
