The blond wavy hair at the front desk is blunt and rude. She feels so powerful to be seating behind the desk, poor girl. Made me sit and wait for her to check the mail box and after 20 minutes said she didn’t receive the email and was too late and need to reschedule the appointment that I waited for over one month. That’s terrible customer service. I will NEVER come back if she still working there. Already rebooked at MIC.
Staff was very friendly, in and out , fast service and clean facility.
Very impressed with whole operation - was taken for my x-ray and ultrasound immediately after identifying with Alberta Health Card, staff were friendly but efficient. Premises clean and tidy. Highly recommend.
Beressa at the reception (I hope I spelled her name correct)... is amazing person . She helped us with many things and she was so patient and professional. Thank you for your service !
I was so impressed and grateful for the care I received at this centre! From the time I walked in, I waited all of 30 minutes to get my scan done and leave. They have an incredibly efficient layout of the back imaging rooms and change rooms. Great place!
