I was so impressed and grateful for the care I received at this centre! From the time I walked in, I waited all of 30 minutes to get my scan done and leave. They have an incredibly efficient layout of the back imaging rooms and change rooms. Great place!

I’ve been coming here for ultrasound and mammograms for the past couple of years and the place is really well run, clean and the staff are very nice and professional. I absolutely love the new breast ultrasound machine, much better than just traditional ultra sound as my medical issue makes the new one catch far more than the older ones did!

I did not have a positive experience with my ultrasound. I was completely rushed with my abdominal ultrasound and was made to feel very uncomfortable. My experience booking the appointment was not favorable. The person booking the appointment was rushing and I had to ask if they were sending the confirmation and she advised they were and then I had to call twice before it actually was sent

I usually go to insight medical imaging and had no problem at all very good service. But this time unfortunately I had a bad experience while doing ultrasound for my pelvis. The person doing my ultrasound was a student, I did a scan and it was the baddest experience I ever had even the person suppervising that was watching her at the end start to push on my tummy. I know student has to learn by experience, but not on that case of ultrasound that is very sensitive!

The lady who did my mammogram was fabulous. While waiting in the little cubicle, I can hear the ultrasound tech talk about how annoyed she was she had back to back full breast ultrasounds with no markers. As a nurse, I wanted to leave. I felt very invalidated on my concern or need to have further screening. Staff need to do better with maintaining their professionalism when patients can hear.
