Horrible service waited over an hr for my Mammogram and they didn’t even have me checked in. Went to the desk serval times I know they said sorry but over an hr waiting and I was too upset to have this done and had to leave. Will never go back and would drive to Calgary for better service.
Booked appointment by phone. Arrived on time. Friendly receptionist. Test was done quickly and efficiently by a friendly technician. Been here a few times before and like that you are always treated with respect. Would recommend.
I had an appointment at 11:00 AM. I had some urgent come up that put me behind schedule so I called ahead to let them know. I was told as long as I was in by 11:10 it would be fine. I walk in at 11:12 and I’m told no, sorry, come back another time It’s my bad for being late in the first place, but the fact that I was told 10 minutes is fine but then 12 and suddenly it’s absolutely no way Absolutely terrible service. Avoid this clinic
Staff is always friendly, and very patient as I go there for pain management.
I was here first thing in the morning for an x-ray and a mammogram. The ladies working at the front were very kind and polite and booked another appointment for me while I was there. The lady that did my mammogram and the other lady that did my x-ray were very caring and professional.
