I was here first thing in the morning for an x-ray and a mammogram. The ladies working at the front were very kind and polite and booked another appointment for me while I was there. The lady that did my mammogram and the other lady that did my x-ray were very caring and professional.

I was impressed with the engagement of the doctor that performed the procedure! Caring.. the entire clinic was professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. A great big “Adda Boy” to all staff, as I stated, impressive!
I booked a knee injection last week. WCB faxed req to patient services to accept direct billing for charge. Friday i received 6 calls- No we dont direct bill Yes we do No we dont Yes we do No we dont Yes it will be covered by WCB. Went in today, Tuesday and was told the WCB fax is on my file but receptionist had to check with her supervisor if it could be done. I told her about the 6 phone calls. I waited half an hour. My first time to this Insite for an X-ray. Nice office, friendly staff. I was there at a non peak time and I was in and out in no time. Fantastic X-ray personnel, organized and quick.
