Overall, I had a great experience with Insight from my first appointment on. The staff is very friendly & the office is very clean & modern. They were able to see me each time within a minute of walking through the door. The day of my surgery, I was there for about an hour. The procedure was quick & the staff made you feel comfortable through the entire experience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone interested in Lasik.

I had my surgery yesterday and from the time they were done I could see. I have been wearing glasses most of my life and can't believe how quick and easy this was. there's no pain which is surprising. dr. Zimmer and Dawn were absolutely amazing. they made me feel very comfortable and made sure I knew what to expect from the exam to uring the surgery. I would highly recommend this group to anyone and tell them not to wait. get it done asap.
I had my -4.25 eyes corrected here close to fifteen years ago, and it was a great decision. My eyesight still is 20/20 or better, and the staff was as professional then as people say they are now. This is a testament to the people running the operation - to maintain such a high level of quality over time.
My overall experience with Insight has been great! From the free evaluation to now I have been nothing but pleased with my experience. The insight group was able to answer all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable in my decision to have the surgery.
