I had PRK performed at this location and I felt like I wasn't properly warned about the consequences of this surgery. The recovery took much longer than expected (6 days vs 2-3 days) and when I did recover, my vision was off so I had to get both eyes lasered again. Once I recovered a second time, my right eye had solid vision but my left eye was noticeably worse than my right, but it apparently is good enough to not be treated again. I am so grateful I went here for my lasik - it was quick and easy and everyone was so helpful and attentive! I was seeing so much better even the day of my procedure!
Overall a positive experience, but my vision is not great after surgery. I am currently -0.75 in both eyes, 5 months after getting LASIK in April 2023. I have to wear glasses to drive, which kind of defeats the purpose of getting surgery (so that I wouldn't have to wear glasses). But the staff and everyone at the site were professional and helpful. After an issue with the laser in boulder, they were able to move things around and make room the following week in boulder to get me fixed up. Very grateful for their team.
