RecommendedFriendly staff and technicians and super accommodating! They were able to get us in fast and we were done in about a half hour and left with the cd! Hopefully we don’t need another mri but if we do we know who to call!
I got lost on my way to my appointment so I called the office and the receptionist stayed on the phone with me to help find them, Then I was late for my appointment and she worked to make sure I was able to be seen so I wouldn't have to come back another day. I had a MRI done and usually I have anxiety but they put on Christian music and that kept calm. Everyone was awesome and with out insurance the price was the best. Thank you
I needed an MRI due to a work injury and workmen's comp set it up with Insight Imaging. The people here were awesome, especially the radiologist, who went above and beyond to keep me comfortable and informed.
I have MS and have MRI's of the brain 1-2 times a year. I found Insight Imaging in Woodbridge 5 years ago after moving to the area. I won't go anywhere else now! The staff are always wonderful, from the front desk to the techs and making an appointment is always easy. The facilities, while small, are always clean and wait time is minimal most of the time. They make, what can be a stressful event, as smooth and comfortable as possible.
The staff is professional, courteous & kind. I was seen in a timely manner, and would highly recommend this place to anyone!
I went in for a scheduled MRI for my upper back and neck. I got in and out in a timely manner. The technician played some good music for me per my request. He was very polite and checked with me periodically to see how I was doing. Now, I am just waiting for my results, but I feel everything will be fine. Iris
Very professional; excellent customer service from the staff; and clean facilities! Also, I made the appointment immediately after visiting my doctor. Quick and easy; receptionist made an extra effort to schedule me, at my convenience; great experience!
