It was a very professional and thorough process of getting an eye exam/eye contact consultation. Everyone was very informative and Mike helped me make the best choice I could make in the final processing. Thank you Insight iCare team I can see much better now wow
The doctor was good. The girl that I helped me buy the glasses was so disrespectful! She told me she has other customers that she needs to attend her and literally threatened me that she won’t help me and that she is the only person who’s working that day. The way she was acting is as if she’s working for free and at the same time she’s paying for my glasses. Bitchiness was on level 10. She evidently did not want to work and did not want to help anyone.
I've been going to this location for over 3 years. Kudos to the staff, doctors and specialists. Highly recommended.
