I had a hypnotherapy session with Sean in July relating to claustrophobia issues, mainly fear of elevators and flying. Can't say enough great things about him and his effective approach to helping others. Sean has completely resolved these issues for me. I came to quit smoking, but I left empowered beyond my wildest conception. This was not a passive experience it challenged me to stay in it. So I’d recommend Sean’s hypnosis style to anyone willing to hurl themselves into the experience.

Changed my life. I am a senior. I no longer have recurring negative thoughts. This is particularly valuable at night when my 'demons' would emerge. I had immediate results with many of my issues and I continue to notice changes as time goes along. I feel truly happy for the first time in many years and when upsetting things occur I don't keep them with me. I knowledge the issue and move on. I've never been able to do that before.
