Where do I start with the issues we have encountered with our new home. To many issues to put in a review but started with carpet unraveling after 4 months, failed to cover it under warranty, now we have mold in the wood under the furnace due to faulty drain plug installation from their HVAC company. Insight says it condensation issue. Had another HVAC company come in and stated faulty installation caused metal on furnace rusting after 16 months in our new home. This community needs a lot of work. The ponds smell and are not kept up at all and have no barriers around them to protect anyone from falling in. The wildlife around the ponds are not controlled. Animals roam and leave feces all around the community. Landscaping is horrible. The grass trimmings are left all over the sidewalk and driveways. The irrigation doesn’t work regularly.
