Kris, Was very RICH with every aspect and knowledge when it comes for homes inspections. Myself am A manufacture engineering learned a lot of things and tricks..! from this guy. I thought I was the only one knows everything and more than anybody in this field... Which is I found out Kris, He was more knowledgeable with extreme experience for giving an advice for resolving my issues.. Which is I was stunned ????? Definitely, I would recommend this person to do real estate inspection..
Kris is an amazing inspector. This is the 3rd home he has inspected for us and never disappoints. He is very personable that you feel like you’ve known him forever. He answers any and every question you have and is very personable. He’s great and you won’t be disappointed!

Kris was absolutely amazing at our home inspection! He was very personable and patient with the 100 questions I had. He was very honest and up front about the issues he found. He vocalized which ones were a big concern and which ones were minor. Whether they were a big issue or minor issue he did a complete Check of the home and made sure to list everything he found.
Insight did a great job pointing out potential issues with the home my mother was purchasing. They found an air conditioning issue which turned out to save her a bunch of money, we had the seller fix before closing. Terrific job!!!
