We have used Rob for 2 home inspections now and I honestly don't know how we could've done it without him. He's knowledgeable, highly detail-oriented and definitely has your best interest in mind. I'm so grateful we found him. Highly recommend.
We had Rob come out and inspect our home prior to purchase. He found some issues with the foundation and advised us on a couple of items to be aware of in the upcoming years. The seller hired a foundation repair person to come out. After the repair was complete I asked Rob to come out and take a look at the work that was performed. The work was not completed correctly. Rob is professional, knowledgeable, and kind. He takes his time and is thorough with his inspection of homes. He walked my husband and I through everything he was looking at and what his findings were. Rob also explained what maintenance will look for various appliances in the home.
