Job Seekers dream come true! – I was looking for a job like everyone else in the world, it seemed. One afternoon I received a phone call from an Insight recruiter. They linked me to an assignment that made my previous job look like a funny farm. It was a perfect fit! Their job was to find a talented individual, and when no one else was looking at my resume, they swooped in to save the day. Thanks to their hard work, I am employed at the best job of my 15 year career!

I have been with Insight Global for a little over five years, and I have loved every minute of it. I work hard, the job can be demanding at times, and Insight Global takes pride in doing whatever is necessary to earn their customer's business. I love Insight Global! – Please do not listen to the terrible things that people say about Insight Global in these blogs. IT Professionals beware – I was unfortunate enough to accept a contract through this company 6 months ago. The entire staff is 22 year old frat guys and girls. It seemed like every time I would call into the office I had a new rep because mine was no longer there. I cant even fathom the amount of internal turnover this place has. My new hire paperwork was "lost" twice and it took me 5 weeks to get my first paycheck after being told I would receive a direct deposit during my second week of work. A Caveat to Clients and Candidates – I am one of the many who have been through the worst employment experience in my career with this joke of an organization. Contractors and Sales/ Recruiting-- Avoid this place – I had the displeasure of working with this organization for a lengthy period of time. Let me just say, you will never see an company that is so shady. Their business practices are are completely unethical, their employees are completely inexperienced, and they will squeeze you (Contractors) for every dime possible.
