I had my first float here and I was amazed at the customer service, the experience, and the atmosphere. It smelled amazing and was very clean. Stephanie walked me through everything and answered every question I could think of. The float was great, so relaxing, and the best atmosphere for meditation I have found. I have been having trouble sleeping and I had the best night of sleep afterwards. I cannot recommend this place enough.
Floating is the best way to relax if you live in the city and need a perfect quiet escape from life. Insight Float is beautiful and charming, calming, and smells wonderful. The float experience is awesome and will calm you!
Finished my 2nd float today. I am quite impressed with how good I feel. The facility and the staff are wonderful, while I haven't gotten a membership I'm sure thinking about it.
I floated somewhere else once and left with a take-it-or-leave-it feel. Since Insight Float is so much more conveniently accessible with Caltrain, I decided to give it another go and love their facilities! I'm only a few months into a membership, but my current plan is to do it about once per month (slightly overdoing that right now). The proximity to the Caltrain also hasn't been an issue with their custom-built tank, I heard it *once* and didn't find it disruptive. Definitely a cool thing to try!
Such an amazing experience..the energy and environment is cozy and relaxing. Ana was such a wonderful person that made my float so comfortable and educational. I will be going back again and again.
As a doula and a student Midwife, I have been hearing about floating for years but never had the chance to experience it until this week and all I can say is, WOW! I have chronic neck pain and it's almost impossible to find any sort of tension relief, but an hour at Insight Float was exactly what my body needed to help relax. If that's how my neck felt, you can bet I'll be recommending this to my expectant clients. Not to mention, I'll be back to help reset after my next all-nighter at a birth.
