I love Insight Eyecare. The staff and environment are friendly, chill, and family friendly. I brought my four small children in multiple times for different appointments, and the staff here treat us all well. The last Eyecare place I used made me feel like I was annoying or difficult for bringing my well-behaved children to their over-busy office. Please beware of the billing atrocity in this clinic. They gave me false information about my insurance, they filed my insurance claim wrongly and provided me the declined letter and asked me to pay for it. When I called them to inquire she was utterly rude and speaking non-sense and full of lies. When I told her she filed at the wrong insurance, she said I can pay or not she just don't care.
