Reception left me on hold a long time, then tells me they needed “3 weeks to triage the referral”before making an appointment after my first referral wasn’t good enough to see Dr Adams. Immediately decided to go elsewhere because my health is at stake. Receptionist then called moments later as if I was someone else offering me an appointment for two weeks time. She is playing games with peoples minds and health. Bizarre. Wasted months with a semi urgent eye situation.
Great doctor, lovely and comfortable rooms, and staff were welcoming and helpful.
