Great experience for cataract surgery!! Dr. Rom and staff were great from consultation, surgery itself and follow up care!!
Dr. Rom and his staff are amazing. Dr. Rom is one of the most gentle medical professionals in both touch and personality. He has a very calming effect on you when you are in his presence. His Director of Surgery, Elizabeth Wagner, is extraordinary!! She was available at all times to answer every question I had. I had cataract surgery with Dr. Rom and I'm thrilled with the results!
Dr. Rom has taken care of the family for 20 years. He is kind and very attentive of the needs of the patient. I just had both eyes done and cannot believe how well I can see.
It was a wonderful experience. Everything was explained well, every person I dealt with was kind. And Dr Rom is the best.
Dr. Rom, Elizabeth and the entire staff are top notch. From the time I received the phone call to have my consult, all the way through post-op, I was treated kindly, courteously and informed about all aspects and what to expect.. Nothing was left for me to figure out on my own and they always took time to answer my questions. Thank Dr. Rom and staff for showing the best in a medical office.
