THANK YOU!THANK YOU!!! Insight eye care is truly amazing. I broke my glasses (with a progressive lens) on Wednesday morning, called them and they got me in with Dr. Friedrichs at 10:30. Order my new glasses after that, and wow they called at 8 am Saturday morning to say they were in. You all are amazing. I have been a faithful customer and patient for 23 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you again to all the amazing people at Insight!! I CAN SEE!!!!
The eye doctors here are EXCELLENT!! However, the way they make the glasses now compared to how they made them 3-4 years ago is terrible. They caused me nothing but issues for a few months. If they can do a recall on a pair of glasses, then they certainly should be able to do a refund to customers. Not having a refund/return policy definitely sends a bad message to the public. However, if anyone needed an eye exam I would definitely recommend the eye doctors.
My son attempted to reorder frames from Insight, and the staff wasn't helpful at all. They told him that they weren't able to help until he had a current eye exam. Yet they didn't bother asking him if he'd been seeing another eye doctor. Which in fact he had. He had gotten the prescription from his eye dr. and purchased just the glasses from Insight. Well, after the way he was treated, we definitely will not purchase ANY eyewear from Insight again. There are many other options available in the St. Cloud area.

Insight Eye Care staff all are friendly, courteous and helpful. The professional staff provides good information regarding how to maintain and improve eye health. Questions are answered thoroughly.
They have a very nice office and staff. They had to write me a prescription because i didn't find any glasses there that i particularly liked. They where very helpful but the doctor was a few minutes behind today but i did have a last minute schedule change. so they did quite well at accomindating me as well.i was able to keep the same day of my appointment. Which was great! Over all i really loved that they up to date equipment to test your eyes for different things.
Friendly customer service and a nice selection of eye wear
The doctors are great but I wouldn't recommend buying your eye glasses there. Keep having to bring them back because of issues and the staff are not very helpful if you have issues with a new prescription that they prescribed, or defects in lenses. They will tell you to just deal with it.
