I came in to have a lipoma removed from my scalp and this is the aftermath. Luckily I had an appointment today with my general surgeon and he informed me this was an extremely botched job. Would never trust this doctor ever again.
I love Dr. Chen! He's been my dermatologist for years. He's gentle and thoroughly professional. I'd recommend Insight Dermatology to anyone!
I would be cautious and ask about pricing for services before getting them done here, got the same procedure done a few years ago in OC and I paid half of the cost out of pocket without any insurance as it cost here with PPO insurance. Annoying I was also billed an additional $300 for a 'new office visit' when I won't be returning, I never asked for a "check up" (30 second glance over) on things that I didn't come into the office for, I came into the office and knew exactly what procedure I wanted done from the initial time ... read more
