I felt like I was in an absolute crisis, and the major hospital in my area told me they could get me scheduled in 9 months. Insight saw me right away and turned my entire life all the way around. I’d been on antidepressants for more than 10 years, and was provided the tools to come completely off my meds. I’ve had so much more energy to do the things I love. I’ve learned so much about who I am. The work was hard, but worth it. Thank you for giving me my life back!
The environment is welcoming and non-threating. Alton is very easy to talk to and he is also an amazing listener. He is also very patient and allows you to go at your own pace while providing a safe and trusting culture.
