My non-stellar review personally isn’t for my therapist, which I really recommend - Maggie! But for the coordinator, who is in charge of patient interactions and billing, whose name is Sarah Reis. I found her approach to handling billing, especially under a therapeutic practice quite disappointing. Guidelines, tell us to pay 24 hours before our appointment and there are no options to pre-pay, even though the practice state there are. I've worked with Annie Nugent for about a year now. I'm a therapist myself, and I came to her wanting to do some somatic work. Working with her, I've developed the ability to pay attention to my body and honor whatever comes up. Annie gently walked me through what felt like a very daunting process. She's never pushed me to go somewhere I wasn't ready to go, but offered me opportunities to build safety for myself. If you're considering working with her, I recommend it. She's thoughtful, supportive, and kind.
