Overall poor experience. Rates are very high for our smaller condominium which only has a snow removal and garbage removal contract. Repairs are handled by the board with very little assistance from the condominium manager. No 24hour service. No response from multiple emails or phone calls. Raise their rates and promise better service each year and swap managers but same result all around. They will cover the bare minimum of what’s required (ie budget, pay bills when submitted and annual general meeting) past this no assista... read more
Specific acknowledgment to Marge and Sandra who manage the building I live in. Despite the periodic issues experienced in the building, they’re so quick to notify and action. They’re super responsive and kind and as a tenant, I always feel informed with ample notice and consistency. Very grateful for their care.
If i could give less than 1 star I probably would, very rude, unaccommodating, unprofessional . Insight does not respond to emails in a timely manner. I would never buy or rent another place where this company is the Manager!
