I could not recommend this counseling place enough. Lori is always super sweet. I absolutely LOVE Melinda, she has helped me tremendously grow and stay on a path for betterment and growth. They offer many varieties of therapy and will work very well on a treatment plan for you. Every one there is extremely helpful and the environment really makes you feel relaxed and is such a positive atmosphere.

My favorite office of all time! From the front office staff to my therapist and the rest. It’s a relaxing breath of fresh air, calming, professional, confidential, and feels “homey”. Anyone that works here that walks past me waiting to go back is very kind and engaging!

I went into the Canfield office to visit with a new therapist named Katie. I was there for life stressors and PTSD and when I had mentioned past drug use that I have not been on for six years then I did all on my own with no help from anybody, this woman advised me to start a 12 step programs after six years of being sober when I was there for a completely different reason she was judgmental. Billing department is terrible. Hard to get a hold of, doesn’t make call backs. Terrible communication. Was charging me the wrong copay for months, blamed it on insurance even though they can see what copay I owe (like all billing/doctor offices can! It’s their responsibility to charge patients the right amounts!) and I ended up racking a balance that could have been prevented had they been charging me the correct amount. Will never be coming back here.

If you have cptsd I’d recommend staying far away. Especially Patrica Taylor. I left there worse than I started. She dismissed my csa and trauma. She might be fine for someone that doesn’t have extensive trauma. They also leave you sitting there after checking in and forget to tell the therapist that you’re here. Which again left her mocking my trauma. Can’t not express enough to stay away if you have childhood trauma.
