Billing department is awful. I had about ten sessions before I even received a bill even though I called almost weekly to see what I owed. They continued to tell me that they were switching billing services and It would be straightened out in a few days. After 2 months, I finally received a bill for wayyyy more than I was told it would be. They were nice enough to put me on a payment plan but I left bc I felt lied to. The counselor I saw was ok but I dont trust the company as a whole.

I can’t say enough good things about Insight. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and calming. They have poor billing practices as a whole practice! You must pay your copay before they even let you see your assigned counselor. But they said I didn’t pay even though my bank statement for that date being billed was paid. So when I make my copay every time the receipt given says Past Due balance payment from DOS which 11 months ago. But it took them 9 months to send me the first bill. Had my daughter start counseling here and scheduled appointments out after the 1st one. She was able to make the 2nd appt and then the next 2 were canceled day of. Receptionist even went to tell me that our counselor was a single mother which made me believe that this was normal, same day cancellations, and asked me to reschedule for the next day. I find this highly inappropriate and unprofessional when counseling younger kids, especially ones that need consistency. We found a different clinic after this. Giving two stars be... read more
