The office just refuses to help. My councilor confirmed that you had a councilor in my area, but you keep sending me to other suburbs, my councilor suggested a male councilor and I was given a female. You councilor wanted me to have my sessions in a public area..it is my opinion that your office staff require more training, in regards to the councilor you assigned me it's to early to say thank you, I hope this helps others..just received a call about my review extreamly annoying, refusing to take responsibility for their act... read more
