I was treated at ERC twice in Oak Brook in 2022 and 2023, and I have encountered some of the most understanding and helpful professionals. My peers were kind and supportive, and I was assigned to an incredible dietician, therapist, and psychiatrist. The programs were helpful as well.
Our family benefited from the multi-disciplinary team of experts at ERC-OB 12/2024-3/2025. The clinical guidance (Dr. Aldridge , Safia-ANP, Allison-LCPC, Jenna-LCPC ,Tieara RD , Panina RD) parental support groups (Beth Ayn , Katie) and resources , communication via phone, email and paper, referrals to outpatient support team members (Shannon &Sarah) , educational support with Dr. Rachel and most of all compassion throughout were a few of the many aspects we were so grateful to be on the receiving end of. A friend of mine received services here! Not only did she get the help she needed to assist in her recovery, Jenna Valentine went above and beyond to support her. Answered every question, extremely professional, and most importantly, so much empathy and compassion. HIGHLY recommend!!!
