Dr Kersha is a 5 star provider… the disorganization of everything else is disappointing, now that Dr. Kersha is leaving, I have no use for this office. They have managed to mess up every single appointment I’ve booked within the last three years of being a patient, and they are terrible at getting any message to your provider. I am now out of my medication, I have done everything right, my pharmacy has reached out to them three times for more refills.
