The service is poor, with no basic courtesy at all, and very unprofessional. It is recommended to avoid!
Great buying experience. Brandon was easy to communicate, timely, and helped advice/recommend on various things. Not having to shop around for multiple dealer sand deal with the frontend sales staff was a big plus. Great price too!
My families have been buying and leasing cars from Insider Auto for many years. I leased a car from them a few years ago and came back to buy another car. They are knowledgeable, professional, down to earth, and most importantly, they have your best interest in mind. The amazing price and customer service they offer are unbeatable. I had a great experience working with the company (specifically with Gary and Hyden) and will highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy/lease a car!
Had a great experience leasing my car through Insider Auto! I live in San Francisco and even though they are in LA Brandon helped me get a car here at a great price. When I went on my own the dealer made me a deal that they said was the best they could go- Brandon got me a deal $200 a month less than dealer!
