Great customer service!
I bought a cantilever Umbrella in June of 2023. There was an issue upon setup but was immediately resolved that same day. The same issue arose last week (July 2025), and Kyle from the service department arranged to have James come and fix it. It was quick, efficient and he knew exactly what he was doing. This is a lifetime piece and I'm glad we spent the money (half price on sale, too!) We love our umbrella and with our small space, it makes it elegant and properly shaded. Thank you!
We purchased all our patio furniture and several umbrellas back in 2018, and here we are in 2025 still loving everything we bought. Recently, I had an issue with our cantilever umbrella, and I was so impressed by the customer service. Chris was incredibly kind and promptly sent Daniel over to fix the issue.
