My wife and I visited Insideout today as we were drawn in by the gorgeous furniture and homeware, but left shortly after incredibly disappointed and frustrated by the store attendant. We greeted the attendant on entry and were completely ignored; no problem, I believe she’s on a headset call. After looking around with no welcomes or interaction, we headed out. My wife has been looking for slip covered furniture for a while. We have been to places like Crate and Barrel and Restoration Hardware but did not find anything that we liked. Beautifully curated shop for furniture and home decor. Still love my comfy swivel down-fill chairs after a dozen years, washable covers have extended their life and they still look great. The owner is so helpful and knowledgable about her products/fabrics.
Love this store! Visited with my mom from Alberta. Learned that coastal chic is a feeling of calmness that you can bring into your home. Great service!
