Amazing and helpful staff. For a quick-paced environment like the market, they were immediately knowledgeable and keen to share their experiences. Locally-designed and sourced garments were a preference here. Recommended!

Extremely rude customer service and owner! Owner seemed to question our ability to afford and purchase the jewellery and came across very bossy.

Staff was very rude especially the male staff. Please don’t open a store and sell items if you are unwilling for potential customers to touch items to see how they feel. We were about to buy a few scarves and jumpers until the staff came up to us and told us not to touch but only to look. The quality must not be that great if we weren’t allowed to touch them.

I was extremely disappointed in the customer service of this shop, especially with the owner. I was with some friends, looking at a jumper when the owner verbally belittled me, implying that I was not financially capable of purchasing said jumper. This comment was rude and completely uncalled for, making me feel extremely embarrassed. It left me shaken for the rest of the day. Will not be supporting her business anymore.
