Updated- I’ve updated my review because they allowed for 5 re-selects (instead of the original 2) and the result aligned more with my design aesthetic and provided options or backups to the new items. I am much happier with the outcome but the fact remains that because of the disregard of my preferences and limited re-selects I hired someone else to re-design my kitchen and they completed the design and items were all ordered before I received the limited re-selects from Inside Stories (took 2 weeks). A horrible experience, no creativity in design, final presentation was so poor and missing so much information, that I had to give up ... Maybe they are better at furnishing, but I wouldn't use them when building or remodeling. The picture attached is missing basic information such as color and size, just 1 example of many. Honestly, total waste of money, even when the owner got involved basic issues in the presentation still existed and even incorrect slides were attached.
