Inside Source turned a potentially difficult situation, which was the result of Tennessee warehouse shipping error. Luckily, the mistake was caught early in the installation, and Inside Source promptly refunded the entire purchase, enabling me to move ahead and purchase available tile from another store. Mistakes happen. It's the resolution that shows the true color of the business. Well done Inside Source.

This company is excellent. They are there to help in anyway. I worked with Blair who was outstanding. She assisted me in the bathroom project and kept in constant contact. She answered e mails promptly as well as phone messages. They have an excellent selection of tiles and suggestions for your project. Do not hesitate to use this company.
