old boomer type folk. they dont have a website and when asked why they told me its cause they dont want you to compare their prices with other storage units when you call them it goes to their home phone. and they have a sworn oath about not telling you their prices over the phone either unless they are trying to fill a space directly. so if something like a 10x20 is open. they wont tell you unless you have been working with them for 1 year or over. also they have a 10x30 but its apparentlt been booked out for 10 years. so y... read more

This place is secure and clean which is why I gave them one star. However their bookkeeping is so messed up it's ridiculous. For the first six months I was double-charged. Then I move out 2 weeks before the end of the month and they still charge me the next month. Now it's taking days for them to fix the error and they don't have any proof that they gave me a credit. Whatever you do, Do not pre pay for your storage facility. I have been storing there for 3 years and have always prepaid 4 months at a time. I sold the motorhome I was storing there and called requesting a refund for February and March. I was informed that refunds are never granted. Even for months paid in advance. Just Sayin!!!!!!

Owners are great. Very clean and secure. Would recommend to anyone looking to store things.
